Fincome alternatives without the $4,500 floor

The short answer

For Stripe-billed SaaS under $1M ARR, Mowt is the strongest Fincome alternative: realtime metrics with native mobile apps from $79/month, less than a quarter of Fincome’s $375/month effective floor. Need multi-source billing today, not on a roadmap? ChartMogul is free under $120K ARR.

The reasons people search this

Why teams move on from Fincome.

01

The $4,500/year floor punishes early-stage companies

Fincome’s cheapest tier costs $4,500/year and covers everything under $1M ARR (per fincome.co/pricing, July 2026). That works out to $375/month whether you’re at $80k ARR or $900k.Run the math at $30k MRR ($360k ARR): Fincome charges the same $375/month effective, while Mowt’s Growth plan covers you at $149/month and ChartMogul’s Starter tier is $59/month on annual billing ($69 billed monthly). Capterra reviewers name the price as a barrier for early-stage startups, and it’s easy to see why: you’re paying mid-market rates for seed-stage revenue.

02

Most of the integrations page says "coming soon"

As of July 2026, Fincome’s own integrations page lists Chargebee, Google Play, Apple Pay, QuickBooks, Xero, Recurly, Braintree, Pipedrive, Google Sheets and Slack as coming soon.Stripe, Pennylane, NetSuite, HubSpot and Salesforce are the ones Fincome documents most fully, alongside an open API and Excel/CSV import, though the integrations page doesn't clearly separate live from planned, so confirm your exact stack on a demo call.If your stack includes any of the coming-soon list, you’re buying a roadmap, not a product. And per G2 and Capterra reviewers, the CSV fallback for legacy data can mean time-consuming manual processing.

03

Web only, no mobile apps

Fincome has no iOS or Android app. The "Fincome" app you’ll find on the App Store (id6504559508) is an unrelated financial-advisor recruitment product from SahiBandhu FinTech, which makes for a confusing search. If you check MRR from your phone between meetings, you’re pinch-zooming a browser dashboard. Every serious rival here except Fincome itself either ships native apps or at least prices low enough that the gap stings less.

04

Filtering and visualisation still feel early

Capterra reviewers note limited column selection and filter options, and describe the initial forecasting features as missing or complex to set up (with the caveat that the roadmap is moving). Fincome also says its "real-time" KPIs refresh in near real time, but the exact cycle, whether seconds, minutes or hours, isn’t documented anywhere public. For a tool sold to finance teams, that’s a spec you’d want in writing.

What Fincome still does well

Fincome deserves its reputation for support and pace. Founded in early 2022 by Vincent Gouedard and Lucas Gonzalez, seeded by Accel and Tomcat, it now processes 100+ million invoice lines daily for 200+ SaaS customers, and G2 and Capterra reviewers consistently praise a reactive team that ships user feedback fast.

Its Growth tier documents unlimited users, and there's no per-seat pricing anywhere on the published price list. And its confirmed integrations skew European in a genuinely useful way: Pennylane and NetSuite connections make it a natural fit for French and EU finance teams in the $1M-$10M ARR range who need KPIs without SQL. If that’s you, the $6,000-$15,000/year tiers at that stage are defensible.

Each alternative, honestly.

ChartMogul

ChartMogul

Best free-to-start replacement with multi-source billing

ChartMogul does the multi-source consolidation Fincome is still building, and it’s free until $120K ARR, a tier Fincome doesn’t offer at any price.

Where Fincome’s integrations page reads "coming soon", ChartMogul already connects Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, PayPal, Paddle and 25+ other sources into one normalized revenue view. Its cohort analysis is the deepest in the category, with segmentation by signup month, plan, geography and custom attributes. Capterra reviewers rate it 4.7/5 across 44 reviews.

It’s not flawless. ChartMogul’s help docs describe Stripe data as real-time with a 10-minute processing window, longtime customers on G2 report prices that doubled and then doubled again, and the Android app trails iOS badly on features. Costs climb with each ARR band too, with Starter reaching $849/month at the top ($699 on annual billing).

Baremetrics

Baremetrics

Best for a broad metric suite with dunning built in

Baremetrics tracks 28+ metrics and sells actual dunning (Recover, $129/month), the retention tooling Fincome and most young rivals don’t have.

Baremetrics covers Stripe, Braintree, Recurly and Chargebee in one dashboard, and G2 reviewers rate it 4.6/5 across 98 reviews with regular praise for the UI. Its Launch plan at $75/month runs to $360K ARR, so a $30k-MRR company pays $75 where Fincome charges $375 effective. The Recover and Cancellation Insights add-ons ($129/month each) do work no analytics-only tool here matches.

The catch is freshness and momentum. Baremetrics’ own help center documents a 2-hour sync cycle despite real-time marketing, Capterra reviewers report inconsistent metrics and duplicate entries across multiple payment sources, and private equity firm Xenon Partners has owned it since a $4M acquisition in November 2020, after which Hacker News commenters who left cite a slow visible roadmap.

ProfitWell Metrics (by Paddle)

ProfitWell Metrics (by Paddle)

Best if the Fincome invoice is the whole problem

ProfitWell Metrics costs $0 against Fincome’s $4,500/year, and benchmarks your numbers against 30,000+ subscription companies.

If Fincome’s pricing sent you here, the bluntest fix is free. ProfitWell Metrics (owned by Paddle since a $200M acquisition in May 2022) covers MRR, churn, LTV and retention at no charge, with native iOS and Android apps that Fincome lacks entirely.

Free has a shape, though. Paddle’s help docs say manual and API changes can take up to 90 minutes to reflect, Capterra reviewers describe an interface without significant updates in 5+ years, and the mobile apps have a reputation for missing payment-failure notifications. It’s maintained, not advanced.

Mowt

Best for Stripe-only SaaS priced by stage, not by floor
Our product

Mowt is our product, judge this entry accordingly: it exists for the Stripe-billed startup that Fincome’s pricing model treats as a mid-market buyer.

Do the stage math. At $10k MRR, Mowt’s Startup plan is $79/month against Fincome’s $375/month effective, roughly a fifth of the cost. At $30k MRR, Mowt Growth is $149/month, still 60% less. You don’t reach price parity until well past $80k MRR, and by then you’re comparing different products anyway.

What that money buys: Stripe webhook ingestion, so an upgrade or cancellation lands on your dashboard in seconds rather than on an undocumented refresh cycle, plus native iOS and Android apps with full feature parity covering MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, NRR, cohorts and forecasting.

Setup is a read-only Stripe OAuth with full history backfill in minutes. 500+ founders track over $1B in revenue on it at 99.9% uptime.

The honest limits: Mowt is Stripe-only. No Pennylane, no NetSuite, no multi-source consolidation, so if you invoice through an EU accounting stack alongside Stripe, Fincome genuinely covers ground we don’t. Dunning and churn-busting tools are coming soon, not shipped. And we’re younger with a smaller review footprint than the tools above, so verify us the boring way: run the 7-day trial next to your Stripe dashboard and check every number.

The other side

When Fincome is actually the better choice.

Keep Fincome if you’re a $1M-$10M ARR finance team, especially in France or the wider EU, running Pennylane or NetSuite alongside Stripe. Those integrations are confirmed and documented, the unlimited-user policy means your whole finance, GTM and CS org can log in without seat math, and reviewers consistently describe a support team that turns feedback into shipped features quickly.

At $6,000-$15,000/year for that ARR range, it’s priced like the finance tool it is, and none of the Stripe-first alternatives on this page speak to an EU accounting stack the way Fincome does.

Before you switch

Migration notes.

  • Fincome plans include unlimited data exports, so pull your full KPI history before your renewal date rather than after.

  • If you loaded historical revenue into Fincome via Excel/CSV, that manual work doesn’t transfer. Stripe-native tools like Mowt or ChartMogul rebuild history from Stripe directly, but pre-Stripe or off-Stripe revenue needs re-importing wherever it’s supported.

  • Compare MRR definitions before declaring either tool wrong: proration, discounts, and annual-contract handling differ between vendors. Our MRR glossary entry covers the usual divergence points.

  • Every tool here connects to Stripe read-only, so run the replacement in parallel with Fincome for a billing cycle and diff the numbers before you cancel.

  • Check your Fincome contract term. Annual pricing usually means annual commitment, so time the switch to the renewal window instead of eating months of overlap.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Fincome alternative in 2026?

For Stripe-only SaaS under $1M ARR, Mowt (from $79/month with realtime data and native mobile apps). For multi-source billing today, ChartMogul (free under $120K ARR). For a $0 dashboard, ProfitWell Metrics. Fincome itself stays strongest for EU finance teams at $1M-$10M ARR.

How much does Fincome cost?

Fincome prices by ARR: $4,500/year under $1M ARR, $6,000/year to $3M, $9,000/year to $5M, $12,000/year to $7M, $15,000/year to $10M, custom above that (as of July 2026). The pricing page shows no per-seat charges, though it only documents unlimited users explicitly on the Growth tier. There's no free tier and no monthly entry plan.

Is Fincome worth it for an early-stage startup?

Usually not on price alone. Under $1M ARR the $4,500/year tier works out to $375/month, which Capterra reviewers flag as a barrier for early-stage companies. A $30k-MRR startup pays $149/month on Mowt Growth or $59/month on ChartMogul Starter with annual billing, for the same core metrics. See Mowt pricing.

Does Fincome have a mobile app?

No. Fincome is web-only, accessed at analytics.fincome.co. The "Fincome" app on the App Store (id6504559508) is an unrelated financial-advisor product from SahiBandhu FinTech. Among the alternatives here, Mowt ships iOS and Android apps with full parity; ProfitWell and ChartMogul also have native apps.

Which integrations does Fincome actually support today?

Fincome documents Stripe, Pennylane, NetSuite, HubSpot and Salesforce most fully, plus an open API and Excel/CSV import, and marks Chargebee, QuickBooks, Xero, Recurly, Braintree, Google Play, Apple Pay, Pipedrive, Google Sheets and Slack as coming soon (as of July 2026). The page doesn't clearly separate live from planned, so verify your stack directly.

Is Fincome real-time?

Fincome markets real-time KPI monitoring and near-real-time refresh for API integrations, but no public document states the actual cycle in seconds, minutes or hours. Tools built directly on Stripe webhooks, like Mowt, specify it: subscription events appear within seconds. Ask Fincome for the number in writing if latency matters to you.

Who owns Fincome?

Fincome is independent and venture-backed. Vincent Gouedard (CEO) and Lucas Gonzalez (CTO) founded it in early 2022 near Paris, and it raised an $832K seed from Accel and Tomcat in October 2022. As of 2026 it reports 200+ SaaS customers and 100+ million invoice lines processed daily.

Can I try Mowt while still paying for Fincome?

Yes. Mowt connects to Stripe read-only via OAuth and backfills your history in minutes, so nothing touches your Fincome setup. The 7-day trial needs no card; run both for a week, compare their MRR and churn numbers against Stripe, and keep whichever matches.
